Overview
Cafore Ledger does not require an account, does not collect your personal data, and does not upload your ledger records to a server.
The app is built for local income, expense, transfer, account, category, budget, and monthly target tracking.
Data Stored by the App
Cafore Ledger stores app data locally on your device. This may include:
- Ledger entries, including amounts, notes, dates, and entry types
- Accounts, categories, budgets, and settings you create
- Your monthly target and other local preferences
- An optional 4-digit app lock PIN stored using the iOS Keychain
This data is used only to provide the app's bookkeeping features on your device.
Data Collection
Cafore Ledger does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share your personal data. The app does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.
The app does not use the advertising identifier and does not track you across apps or websites.
Backup Export and Import
Cafore Ledger lets you export a JSON backup file from the app. The exported file is created locally and is shared only through the destination you choose in the iOS share sheet.
If you import a backup, the selected JSON file is read locally by the app so your ledger can be restored or moved to another device.
You are responsible for where you save or share exported backup files. Backup files may contain financial information you entered into the app.
App Lock and Security
If you enable the optional 4-digit app lock, your PIN is stored using the iOS Keychain. Cafore Ledger does not send this PIN to a server.
Please keep your device, PIN, and exported backup files secure.
Children's Privacy
Cafore Ledger is a general bookkeeping app and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
